At Wood Ministry, we specialize in MDF bases, wooden products, and handmade craft supplies that are primarily intended for artistic and DIY use. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Policy (7 Days)
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unpainted, and unaltered
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- Invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory
Products that have been cut, sanded, painted, resin-coated, polished, or modified in any manner are not eligible for return.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Once your request is approved, we will share:
- Return instructions
- Dispatch and packaging guidelines
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A manufacturing defect
- An incorrect or missing item
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement:
- A clear box-opening video and/or images must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
- Claims without proper evidence will not be accepted
5. Replacement Policy
All Wood Ministry products undergo multiple quality checks and secure packaging before dispatch.
We offer free replacement only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage during transit
- Missing items
Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours
- Product must be shipped back within 2 days of delivery, if requested
- Replacement is subject to product availability
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized sizes or special orders
- Made-to-order MDF bases
- Products altered by painting, resin, polish, or any DIY process
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Due to the nature of MDF and handmade wooden products, minor grain variations, texture marks, or natural imperfections are not considered defects.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is:
- Request a return for the original item (if eligible)
- Once approved, place a new order separately
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
8. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
