Welcome to Wood Ministry. By purchasing from us or using our website/social platforms, you agree to follow and be bound by the following Terms.

1. General Terms

  • Wood Ministry carries many of the products displayed on our website/catalog. In some cases, merchandise may be out of stock or discontinued without prior notice.
  • Standard order processing time is 1–3 working days. Customized or bulk orders may take 3–5 working days depending on quantity, size/weight, and stock levels.
  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on courier service and customer location.
  • All prices are quoted in INR and are valid only within India.
  • Some product photos may include paints, brushes, or decorative props. These are not included with the purchase.

2. Sales & Discounts

  • Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
  • No price adjustments will be offered on prior purchases.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not accepted for any custom-made or custom-cut items after 6 hours of order placement.
  • This includes custom shapes, sizes, nameplates, or special cut-to-order products.
  • Customized and made-to-order purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable due to time and resources allocated.

4. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is wrong, defective, or damaged in transit, and must comply with our Return Policy.
  • Customers must notify us with proof (images/videos) within 48 hours of delivery for any return/replacement request.

5. Use of Website & Services

  • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not interfere with others’ use of it.
  • Unauthorized access, misuse of data, or disruption of services is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, are the property of Wood Ministry.
  • Reproduction, copying, or distribution without prior written consent is not allowed.

7. Third-Party Services

  • We rely on third-party partners such as courier services, payment gateways, and analytics tools.
  • Wood Ministry is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by these third parties.

  • Wood Ministry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our website or products.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or virus-free browsing.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
