1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged in transit.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- Products must be unused, uncut, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Time Frame
- You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at [+91 94615 85380] with images and order details.
- To claim refund or replacement the customer must send the video of opening the package.
3. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or request you to ship the item back to us.
- Products must be securely packed to avoid further damage in transit.
4. Refund / Replacement
- After inspection of the returned product, you may choose between:
- Replacement: We will send a fresh product of the same type.
- Refund: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized sizes/shapes.
- Used or partially consumed products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for custom-cut or made-to-order items are not accepted after 6 hours of order placement. Kindly review your order carefully before confirming, as once processing begins, it cannot be reversed.
